Terms of Service

  1. Introduction These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Winning $treak mobile application ("App"). The App is intended for entertainment purposes only and does not provide any form of gambling or betting services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

  2. No Gambling or Betting Services Entertainment Only The App is solely for entertainment purposes and does not offer any form of gambling or betting services. No Wagers: You cannot place any wagers or bets through the App. No Financial Transactions: The App does not facilitate any financial transactions related to gambling or betting.

  3. User Data The App may collect certain information specific to using the app. Please see Privacy Policy for more information.

  4. Intellectual Property Ownership All content and materials contained in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and company logos, are the property of Winning $treak, LLC or its licensors or third-party affiliates and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Limited Use: You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

  5. Disclaimer of Warranties As Is The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No Liability: We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

  6. Governing Law Applicable Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona.

  7. Changes to Terms Updates We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the App. Continued Use Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

  8. Subscriptions and Billing

    Your use of the App is also subject to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which can be found here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

    Payments: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.

    Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

    Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

    Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are handled exclusively through Apple/Google and not directly by Winning $treak, LLC.

  9. Age Requirement By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use the App under any circumstances.

  10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winning $treak, LLC shall not be liable for any financial losses or decisions made based on the information provided in the App. Users are responsible for their own actions and decisions.
